Batman: Revenge of the Joker is a cancelled remake of the NES game, Batman: Return of the Joker. While the SNES version was cancelled, Batman: Return of the Joker ended up being released for the Sega Genesis.
A prototype of the SNES version sold on Ebay around February-March 2004, though the seller got it confused with Batman[1]. The ROM has since been dumped for the public.
