SimCity is an open-ended city-building video game planned to be released for the NES and SNES in 1991. However, only the SNES port was released. In 2005, Nintendo Power announced the discovery of a prototype cartridge, which was found in the desk of editor Scott Pelland. It is currently unknown who owns the cartridge, and the ROM has never been dumped.
